Our chicken is 100% locally sourced in Switzerland.
We brine it for 24h in a salt bath and double-fry it with a crispy buttermilk crust. All chicken options can be ordered as wings or half a chicken.
Most of the dishes can be ordered as a vegetarian or vegan option with tempura fried seasonal veggies. Did we mention that our chicken is also completely gluten-free?
If the weather is nice, our terrace is open. Seating is on a "first come - first serve" basis.
