Only students, apprentices, and university students who are 13 years or older, reside
in Switzerland, and can present a valid ID (e.g., student ID) are eligible to participate.
Yardbird employees are excluded from participation. No purchase is necessary;
participation is free.

The winner will receive an all-inclusive trip to Flims for 4 people. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The competition runs from 02.09. to 31.10.2024. After this period, no further entries
will be considered.

The participant with the highest score in the game Moorhuhn 2 on the PlayStation 1 at Yardbird in Zurich’s main train station wins. If multiple participants achieve the same highest score, the winner will be chosen at random from these participants. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within two days, a new winner will be selected. In this case, the person with the second-highest score will be notified.

Yardbird reserves the right to disqualify participants from the competition if there is
suspicion of manipulation, deception, or a violation of these terms and conditions.

As part of the competition, personal data such as the Instagram username will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. The data will not be shared with third parties.

Yardbird reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time without
prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
